If I don't pay for this service, who does?
A Better Choice Elder Care receives its fees from participating
providers. This allows our elder care advisors to provide you with
the highest quality services at absolutely NO cost to you.
What if there are no participating providers who meet my needs in
my geographic area?
If there is no providers in the A Better Choice Elder Care network
that meet your requirements, we will promptly notify you. You are
under no obligation, however, if you like, we will keep your
information on file and notify you if we become aware of a provider
that meets your requirements.
What if we're not satisfied with the service we receive from the
provider?
All participating providers are independent and not owned or
controlled by A Better Choice Elder Care. As such, customer
satisfaction issues must be addressed with the individual provider
or company to ensure you receive the appropriate level of attention
and resolution to your issue. A Better Choice Elder Care requires
that participating providers have a published policy regarding
customer dispute resolution. If you are unsatisfied with the
response from one of our participating providers, let us know. If a
provider demonstrates a pattern of unresolved customer satisfaction
problems, they may be terminated from participating in the A Better
Choice Elder Care program.
